OLEDoscope

Polaronix® V622L OLEDoscope is a multi-purpose analysis tool
especially designed for vision-lifetime analysis of an OLED device.
The OLEDoscope includes an electrical test unit for power control
and electrical measurement, which has identical specification to
M6000 lifetime test system, a temperature controller, a test jig, and
CCD camera set. The OLEDoscope can periodically measures
emission pattern of OLED device using CCD camera and electrical
properties such as current and voltage, and analyze device
performance as a function of time and temperature.
