The loadstations are designed for use with fully automated wafer
loading. They can accomodate 1 to 4 loaders, depending on the
system configuration. The loaders are digitally controlled with a belt
drive to ensure correct positioning and smooth travel. The loader is
guided with a special designed rail and can be linearly controlled
from 1 to 1500 mm.
