KASHIYAMA dry pump demonstrates maintenance and space-saving
properties as well as active gas measures that are superior to other
dry pumps as a result of single stage exhaust and a high
compression ratio.
The dry pump is equipped with a pair of special shape, non-
contacting screw rotors, spinning in synchronous rotation while
keeping a given clearance.
The gas taken through the inlet port of the pump is then transferred
to the outlet port. The gas is compressed at the bottom of the screw
and discharged from the pump. The rotation of the rotor is
synchronized with the timing gear, and the screws rotational speed
is obtained by a set of gears that increase the standard speed
motor.
