Application

The Web Coating System RC 200 is a versatile equipment
especially designed to meet the requirements of thin film deposition
on web up to 200 mm coating width, suitable for production and
R&D. The basic design makes this system as an ideal tool for
advanced product development, pilot production or small scale
production of different web substrates for the following applications:

- Solar cells
- Thin film or OLED displays
- Sensors
- Filters
- Packaging materials etc.

The design respects different hardware requirements for PVD
processes like:

- DC sputtering

the film properties of applied materials best possible to the product
