F&K Delvotec is pleased to be the exclusive worldwide distributor of
FMI's manual die bonder, Model 555E. This economical, robust and
simple to operate machine provides for both epoxy time pressure
dispensing and vacuum pick and place from waffle pack, GelPak or
bulk die media. The machine is supplied with a standard basic work
holder, microscope and work area lighting to provide a turnkey
solution for R&D and small production requirements. The 555E
offers work sensing pure vertical motion and an 8:1 ratio platform.
The programmable dispense timer and adjustable air pressure, on
the front panel, offer adjustments for a variety of applications.
