Ex-head office factory relabel as the Amagasaki factory. June. 1988 JEM(Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. established . Shenzhen factory established and started production and sales of heater.
Jan. 1989 JEM AMERICA CORP. began operations and started production and sales of probe card. Nov. 1989 Shenzhen Factory moved. Oct. 1993 Developed and initiated production and sales of the large-seze windowless probe card. JEM TAIWAN Probe Corp. established and started production and sales of probe card. Sep. 1994 Developed VC Series. Aug. 1995 Developed and started production and sales of Needle Dresser and Cleaning Sheet. May. 1996 Built a factory which is called the second, to the original Kumamoto Factory. June. 1996 Capital increased to 229.5 million Japanese yen. Feb. 1997 JEM EUROPE LTD. established. Mar. 1997 As Head Office Factory established(2chome Nishinagatsu Amagasaki Hyogo), in Amagasaki Factory of department production for probe card moved to the new factory.
