上海尼賽拉感測器有限公司，係中國科學院上海技術物理研究所德福光電技術公司與日本陶瓷株式會社于1986年創建的合資企業。總投資1.13億人民幣。中國科學院上海技術物理研究所提供紅外濾光片科研成果、工藝技術和生產設備，日本陶瓷株式會社提供生產感測器的設備、工藝技術和管理經驗。 公司依靠科技進步，不斷開發感測器新品種，並先後引進熱釋電紅外感測器和霍爾器件自動生產線等先進設備。目前公司主要生產熱釋電紅外感測器，超聲波感測器，霍爾器件，濾光片及各類感測器應用品，90%以上的產品出口，深受客戶信賴。 上海尼賽拉感測器有限公司多年來被中國外商投資企業協會評為全國創匯創利 " 雙優"先進企業，1991年被上海市政府批准為技術密集型和知識密集型"雙密集型" 企業，1995年被認定為高新技術企業。1995年通過由法國國際品質認證有限公司（BVQI）對本公司進行的ISO9002品質體系國際認證，2000年通過ISO14001環境管理體系認證，有關產品還獲得了美國UL認證，2002年10月又通過ISO9001（2000）品質體系國際認證。 公司遵循"品質第一、用戶至上"的經營宗旨，竭誠為用戶服務，在開發感測器新品種、開拓新的應用市場方面，願與國內外朋友攜手合作，為繁榮市場、豐富和方便人們的生活，做出新的貢獻。 The Shanghai Nicera Sensor Co., Ltd. is a joint venture set up in 1986 by the Tech-Phys Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., an affiliate of the Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and by the Nippon Ceramic Co., Ltd. with a total investment of RMB 113 million Yuan. The Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences offers its achievements in infrared filter research, its technology and facilities while the Nippon Ceramic Co., Ltd. supplies its technology, equipment and managerial skills for sensor manufacturing. By making full use of the advances in science and technology to develop new types of sensors, the company has introduced advanced automatic assembly lines one after another for pyroelectric sensor production and Hall sensor production etc.. The main products of the company include pyroelectric sensors, ultrasonic sensors, Hall element, filters and applied devices of those sensors, with over 90% of its products for export enjoying good reputation. The Shanghai Nicera Sensor Co., Ltd. has, for years in succession, been awarded by the China Association of Enterprise with Foreign Investment the honour of "Double Excellence" as an advanced enterprise of China for both outstanding profit earnings and foreign-exchange earnings.
