詠屹科技成立於 2001/09，目前我們與日本技術合作，在台灣生產 Metal-Can 氣密性封裝材料，工廠設在高雄前鎮區，預計 2003 年Q2開始試產。 詠屹科技是一家專業玻璃融封設計與製造公司，能夠將金屬材料(例如Kovar, Copper, SPCC, Stainless, Ceramic 等) 與玻璃做氣密性結合，利用金屬有較佳散熱性與機械強度、玻璃的絕緣性與耐高濕高溫特性作為一些感測元件或光通訊元件的Package。 詠屹目前有三個主要客戶群: (1)高亮度LED : 照明用High Power、高亮度 LED封裝不同於傳統LED 封裝，因為散熱將是最大考量。目前有四家公司與詠屹合作設計開發 High Power 高亮度 LED Package，應用於面板背光源、汽車照明及輔助光源等產品。至今這塊市場尚沒有人可以主導，意謂著有無窮的機會。(2) 光通訊元件 : 除了TO-46 header外，詠屹也可以提供客戶訂製的服務，包括VOA、Optical Switch Package 等製作。(3) 國防應用 : 詠屹日前與中科院簽署「國防釋商合作開發研究計劃─玻璃融封零組件應用開發」。目前國內國防上有關玻璃融封零組件都是從國外進口，為了提昇玻璃融封零組件的自主性，詠屹與中科院有多項玻璃融封產品的合作開發案。 汽車玻璃融封零組件(例如Pressure Sensor、Air Bag Smart Igniter等)，是詠屹目前準備跨入的領域，現正籌備申請TS16949 汽車業品質系統認證。詠屹長期的目標要建構大中華區最具規模的Glass-to-Metal Sealing Package專業大廠。 HS-tech was founded as an agent of hermetic-seal package such as TO-Can header in September 2001. Technicians from Japan joined HS-tech in September 2002. They were engaged in the development and production of Glass-to-Metal sealing package for more than 20 years. In December 2002, HS-tech increased the capital and started establishing the factory of Glass-to-Metal sealing package in Kaohsiung city. Glass-to-Metal sealing can be applied in many fields such as laser diode package, LCD CCFL electrical trigger, MEMS Display and Optical switch packages, some sensor packages, and so on. The demand of Glass-to-Metal sealing is increasing in Taiwan but almost all of the hermetic-seal packages are imported. In order to give the best service and offer the best price to the customers, we set up the Glass-to-Metal sealing factory in the south of Taiwan. Especially, we are capable of doing the customer design package and small volume samples production.
